What are the components of Adhesive Labels ?

The adhesive labels is mainly composed of four parts: surface material, glue, silicone oil and base material.

1. Surface material

It is the carrier of the content of the adhesive label, and the adhesive is coated on the back of the tissue paper. There are many materials that can be used for surface materials, generally divided into coated paper, transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC), electrostatic polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyester (PET), laser paper, temperature-resistant paper, laser paper, temperature-resistant paper Paper, laser paper, polycarbonate (PC), kraft paper, fluorescent paper, gold-plated paper, silver-plated paper, synthetic paper, aluminum foil paper, fragile (anti-alpha paper)) paper, textured paper, cloth label (Tyvik / regulations) paper, pearlescent paper, sandwich coated paper, thermal paper.

2. Film material

Transparent polyester (PET), translucent polyester (PET), transparent directional stretch antenna (OPP), translucent directional stretch antenna (OPP), transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC), glossy white polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ), matte white polyvinyl chloride (PVC), synthetic paper, glossy gold (silver) polyester, matte gold (silver) polyester.

3. Adhesive

Universal super sticky type, universal strong sticky type, refrigerated food strong sticky type, universal re-opening type, fiber re-opening type. On the one hand, it ensures moderate adhesion between the base paper and the facial paper, and on the other hand, it ensures that the facial paper has strong adhesion to the paste after it is peeled off.

4. Bottom paper material

Release paper is commonly known as "backing paper". Its surface is non-sticky with low surface energy. The backing paper has an isolating effect on the adhesive, so it is used as an attachment to the facial paper to ensure that the facial paper can be easily peeled off from the backing paper. Come down. Commonly used ones include white, blue, yellow glassine or onion paper, kraft paper, polyester (PET), coated paper, and polyethylene (PE).
