What is Lilabao Packaging?

What is "Lilabao Packaging"? The milk and juice packaging boxes we often drink belong to "Lilabao Packaging". Lilabao Packaging is a multi-layer packaging mainly used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and daily necessities industries.

Lilabao Packaging is typically made of three materials: cardboard, aluminum and low-density polyethylene. Its composition is as follows: 71% cardboard, 24% plastic, 5% aluminum foil.

Lilabao Packaging is a Lilabao Packaging package that uses composite paper packaging produced by Swedish Lilabao Packaging's fully aseptic production line to provide packaging for liquid foods (such as milk and juice). Due to the strict requirements of food, the ingredients used in Lilabao Packaging boxes are very high-grade. It is composed of renewable "green materials" such as paper, aluminum foil and polyethylene plastic.

Cardboard, plastic, and aluminum foil make up the six layers of Lilabao Packaging. Each layer has a specific purpose. But this is not absolute. For example, some products with a short shelf life do not require the protection of an aluminum layer. On the other hand, when the above-mentioned shelf life needs to be extended, the LDPE layer can be replaced with a PP layer, providing an opportunity for further heat treatment of the product. HDPE, PET and PA are also possible alternatives to the LDPE layer. Finally, polyurethane and EMAA are often used as adhesives between layers, and Lilabao Packaging may also contain various chemical additives, such as plasticizers, stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, foaming agents, colorants, flame retardants agents and antistatic agents.
